Las Fuentes Bar and Grill in Yucaipa

My husband and i were very disappointed with our order. We ordered a two meat dinner plate and when we received our order we got two meats that had been mixed together and chopped up. At first we thought it was stir fry. One part was pulled pork and the other was brisket. I think that they should be more specific on there menu. The brisket was chopped up with the pulled pork. My husband does not like brisket so we were going to share the meal and he was going to eat the pulled pork but since everything got mixed together it was kind of difficult to seperate the two. Also we did not get any eating utensils or forks or knives. And our sides that the meal came with were very small. So much disappointment because dickeys has great food. Next time we are going to be eating inside! Thanks dickey

This place is disgusting. I didn't learn from my first expierence. The buns on the pulled pork sandwiches were absolutely burnt black to a crisp. The pork was very GREASY. The tangled fries were the same. Only tiny tiny pieces we received. They looked 5 days old and also Greasy. Yuk! Made my stomach hurt.

The line took about 25 minutes. By the time we got to order, they had run out of chicken and said they wouldn't have more for an hour (this was at 1pm). There was no cornbread on the menu, which seems like a mistake. I was charged for sides individually when I asked for a plate. The sandwiches we got were not worth the price. They were bland and about the size of a slider (not as advertised online). On the positive, the waffle fries were good and the BBQ sauces that were off to the side were delicious.

I love Dickey's BBQ. This is my favorite place to go when I don't want to go to Lucille's. The ribs are so tender.

Lol I paid 16$ for 4 thin slices of 3 different meats not to mention the brisket tastes like flavorless pot roast dinner and the pulled pork tastes no where close to pulled pork even after adding bbq sauce to it. Oh and you get like a whole 12 waffle fries. They make it seem like a great meal for a great price but it’s over hyped and not worth your money at all. Definitely not recommended at all.

Tried Yucaipa Dickeys bbq. Always try to support the local places. The ribs were cold and tough and the pulled pork was cold and just ok. I've been to other Dickeys and they have been mostly good, tho a bit hit and miss. I'll try them again to see if it was just a bad time ( they were empty) or that's what you should expect.

I am a 911 Responder and needed to find a restroom. I walked into this place and asked if I could possibly use their bathroom because it's hard to find a walk in place do to the virus. This woman told me only paying customers can use their bathrooms. Thank you for not helping a first responder simply use the bathroom during these hard times. Ill make sure my coworkers are well aware and I won't be eating at your restaurant as well.

Maybe it doesn't count because I only pick up people's orders as a Doordash driver but this place is awful! The franchise owners are some of the rudest most aggressive people I've ever met! And they refuse to wear masks while preparing food during this crisis? Avoid this place!

Wish I had read all of the Google and Yelp reviews about Dickey's Yucaipa. My food was good but very PRICEY $$$. According to numerous reviews employees treated my fellow Yucaipian's poor, even called police! I won't return to Dickey's Yucaipa.

Amazing food, really really nice service & their food is really really filling recommend people coming to this place to have amazing food.

Dickies is one of my favorite places to go!! The food is just amazing every time!! However, the first time I went was on opening day, it was very slow, and the workers didn’t seam to know what they were doing. There was a lot of confusion going on. I figured it was just because everyone was new. But! I went back and had a similar experience, there was only 3 people in front of me and it still took over 20 min to get my food. When we got up to the cashier she took a phone call and left. We stood there while our food got cold for another 5 min. After she came back I kept trying to tell her I had a free sandwich coupon but she never even looked up at me. After she gave us the total I again, for the 4th time told her about my coupon. She looked frustrated and said “oh, why did you tell me sooner”. The food is amazing!!! Always amazing!! But the customer service is totally poor! Hoping after a few more months it changes.

I won't go back to this location again. Last time we picked up our food they forget both sides for one of our meals. We called they said they took down our name and we get the sides on our next visit. The next time we went they said they didn't have our name written down anywhere and asked if we had a receipt. It was weeks later so no I dont have a receipt plus I wasn't told I would need one. So I paid for the sides. Go to get drinks and their sodas are all gross. Either flat or no flavor. Got ice tea and wish I would have tried it before leaving because it was awful, how do you screw up ice tea. The coleslaw was dry and so was the brisket. They were not busy so there really isn't an excuse for bad food.

Just ordered from doordash (bag was closed when delivered) the kelbasa smelled nasty and was disgusting, the kelbasa in one of the plates looked like it was chewed and spat on to my plate, pulled pork was really dry and we didn't get any utensils.

Nice and big but one star for allowing pets. Not service dogs... pets... all the way up to the counter to order.Meat was also a bit dry compared to other locations and front doors were propped open along with back door and you could see flies flying in and out as they pleased.

Ordered through doordash and there were no options to order ribs on the menu so I called. Talked to the most friendly, helpful employee I've ever spoken with named Elsie (not sure of spelling) and she made it work out for me to order something else in the app, but fulfilled our wishes for ribs. Everything arrived hot and delicious, faster than quoted with doordash. This was my first doordash order ever and the whole family was pleased, not a single thing to complain about. Thank you!

Great BBQ!!

As a native Texan I am confident in saying Dickey's is mediocre BBQ at best under the best of circumstances, but like most people I will occasionally sacrifice quality for the sake of convenience. But on my most recent visit here there was no convenience. The cashier was also the one taking orders and she was about as efficient as a blind high is at finding nuts. Sure he helped a customer every once in a while but almost by accident. She seemed incapable of backing out of an order when one customer decided she needed more time. Never mind the fact there were two of us ready and standing there. When she finally took the reluctant diners order she then abandoned her register to go do God knows what. We left.

Worst Dickey’s. The manager/owner there is horrible and rude. She over charged and flat out refused to refund. The food was cold. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!! Not worth the money or the way you will be treated.

Worst customer service ever! When i called to ask a simple question and then explained to the “manager” that they need to be more specific when speaking with a customer she wouldn’t let me speak and kept talking over me. You don’t tell a customer 30mins for something and then wait an hour. Then she proceeds to interrupt me again and say have a nice day and hang up. We will not be back!

Good food great service reminds me of real southern bbq

Try Dickey's for the first time Dickey's Barbecue the food was very good very very tasty had the rib plate and mac and cheese and a side of creamed spinach spinach could use a little seasoning but other than that it was they were all okay only thing I didn't like was a little bit pricey I purchased three plates and three sodas and each one of the place was a little different three item to item and one item and the whole bill came to $61 so I think that's it's not bad for three people but for the amount that you got it was a little pricey for me but I definitely will go back again.

Not great.. the meat is flavorless and the sides arnt that good and the prices are high for the portion sizes ...the only thing I was happy with was the cup I got for my drink

I've never left negative feedback but this warrants the 1st. I love Dickey's but not the Yucaipa one. Today I ordered jalapeno beans, brisket, and salad. The jalapeno beans were so stuck together that I held the cup upside down and nothing fell out! The roll was so hard and dry that it was inedible. Even the brisket was strange- the plastic knife could not cut through it. Not surprisingly, the restaurant was empty at prime dinner time. Beware

Ordered 2 classics was charged for 2 westerns. I questioned the price. While eating I was looking at the signs and noticed what happened. I asked the person who ran up the order she said the manager would come over. She came over I showed her the sandwiches we received one meat each the classic/original not two meats the western. I asked her to refund the difference she kept asking to make it right, let me get you a couple more sandwiches - I finally said ok. I was getting sauce when she came over and smuggly said her pitmaster said we got the western - really I even showed them to you clearly not the case. When I got back to the table the sandwiches were there I was furious - I returned them and I will never go back and will be disputing the difference on my credit card, such a small request blown up to this.

I want to post a positive review but I did not have a positive experience. The place was empty on a late friday afternoon. Only seemed to be one worker in the store and there was a miscommunication with my order that caused me to be rung up twice. I'm still not sure i was charged the correct amount. At least it was decent.

So if you are going to open a business make sure you are ready to open your doors! Ice cream machine sitting on the floor in boxes, the owner is paying bills in the dinning room, food was on the cold side and nobody was on the same page. I know they are new so I will give them a second chance in a month or so... But it’s not difficult to make sure your entire business is put together before opening the doors and conducting clerical business in a private area! I always say if they are cutting corners in the front of the house, what corners are being cut in the back of the house! Get it together dickies or I promise you will fail! Us Yucaipa folk will put your lights out if we don’t like what you have

Surely a place worth stopping by, the food is fantastic and fresh, the cost is affordable and it is constantly well kept here. Highly recommended.

BE WARNED!! Menu states, "One free kid's meal with $10 purchase per adult" However, they will not honor that and only give you one free kids meal "per family." They will not give you your receipt, either. Finally, don't bother trying to use a gift card because they don't accept them. I was very excited for this Dickey's to open, but I won't be back.As an update, I tried contacting them as mentioned below. Got transferred a few times, call got dropped. It was basically a waste of my time. I still don't recommend this particular Dickey's. All other locations I have been too have been great experiences.

Horrible service, the food was cold and tasted old. The owner is a straight up unprofessional businesswoman. There was NO ONE at the restaurant when I went and it was in the prime time of dinner rush hour. I should have known better than to eat there. I went to yelp to complain and their reviews were soo bad the owner took it off yelp 😂

Went to Dickey's on Saturday ., Been to hundreds all over the State .Taste great , same reciepe as the rest .., but the portions SUCK , Better step it up guys , or you will Fail in this Town ..Next time I will take a picture

Everything was cold, like it just came out of a freezer. BBQ sauce was not Dickey's... we got everything we ordered, but that's about all that was right...$100.00 down the drain..

Dickeys is NOT great BBQ. I have tried to like it but just cant. The meats have little smoke flavor. In fact, overall, the meats are flavorless. The sides are ok. The dinner roll that came with my plate was dry...very dry. I had the 3 item with brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. The sausage was the only one that had any flavor.

Great food! Prices are good for the portions that are given and that great smoke bbq flavor is amazing! Loved the ribs! and the cheesy spicy kielbasa is great with the spicy bbq sauce. definitely be back for more amazing food! and as a plus free ice cream cone!! SCORE!

Everything I ordered was nice and hot

They don't know what they are doing,,been open a few months now,,no sign about daily specials,,you have to ask,,ordered a pork plate,,got a sandwich Instead, had to ask for the yellow cup that come with it, first was going to be charged for it,,until I said it comes with the special, so the owner who was doing the cash register handed me a child's cup. My chicken sandwich had 3 big chunks of chicken and a chunk of greasy fat. Yuk, ,I will travel 10 miles to go to Beaumont instead. ,they hive Dickeys a bad name ,,they would not honor my stamped card for a free sandwich either,,

Great food and price for a Westerner sandwich combo. Planning on returning.
